FAQ’s

What is Homewood High & Dry Marina?

A full-service marina providing dry rack and on-the-water buoy storage. In addition, the Homewood High & Dry Marina offers boat service and repairs, boat sales, a public gas dock, electric boat charging, efoil charging and boat rentals through preferred partners.

Serving the Tahoe market since 1967, Homewood High & Dry Marina was the first marina in Lake Tahoe to utilize dry rack storage. David Topol, the Marina Operations Director, has been overseeing the Marina since 2013 and has lived in Tahoe his entire life.

Why is it called the “High & Dry” Marina?

The boats are stacked out of the water in indoor and outdoor storage racks. Most marinas around the Tahoe area utilize dock or slip storage but the Homewood Marina differs because of this type of dry rack storage.
